To operate the Application, we may share personal data with service providers that provide technology, operational, administrative, messaging, technical support and information processing services, solely to fulfill the purposes described, and under confidentiality and security obligations.

Your data may also be transferred to competent authorities when required by law or a court order.

Third-party platforms (Clover): If the application redirects you to Clover to complete orders and payments, that platform may process data under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing it at the time of redirection.

We implement administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized use, access or processing.

If the data subject voluntarily publishes personal data in public spaces (e.g., social media), it will be understood that they have consented to it being public, without prejudice to our internal protection measures.

We may modify this Privacy Policy due to legal, internal or operational changes. We will publish the updated version indicating the last update date. Continued use of the Application after changes implies acceptance.
