The controller of the personal data collected through the Application is ARAIL, S.A.P.I. de C.V., located in Jalostotitlán, Jalisco, Mexico.

We may collect, on a non-exhaustive basis, the following personal data:

• Account: access credentials (e.g., password) and profile-related data.
• Addresses: delivery address or related information.
• App usage: order history/activity within the Application.
• Geolocation: real-time or approximate location, with prior authorization.
• Images/media: photos, images, or videos, when authorized by the user.
• Invoicing: tax data when applicable.
• Financial/credit data: only if needed to enable payment methods, according to the purposes informed.

3. Purposes of Processing

Primary purposes (necessary to provide the service):

• Create, manage and validate accounts.
• Operate, maintain and provide functionality of the Application.
• Process, manage and track orders.
• Provide technical support and customer service.
• Comply with applicable legal, tax or regulatory obligations.
• Prevent fraud, validate identity and protect operational security.

Secondary purposes (not essential):

• Send advertising, promotions, coupons and commercial communications.
• Market research, segmentation, statistical analysis, quality surveys and usage habits analysis.

You may object to the use of your data for secondary purposes by exercising your ARCO rights (see section 7).

4. Data Sharing and Transfers

To operate the Application, we may share personal data with service providers that provide technology, operational, administrative, messaging, technical support and information processing services, solely to fulfill the purposes described, and under confidentiality and security obligations.

Your data may also be transferred to competent authorities when required by law or a court order.

Third-party platforms (Clover): If the application redirects you to Clover to complete orders and payments, that platform may process data under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing it at the time of redirection.

5. Security and Confidentiality

We implement administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized use, access or processing.

If the data subject voluntarily publishes personal data in public spaces (e.g., social media), it will be understood that they have consented to it being public, without prejudice to our internal protection measures.

The Application may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, SDKs, mobile identifiers and similar technologies to enable login, remember preferences, improve functionality, measure performance, detect fraud and analyze usage habits.

You can configure your browser or device to accept, reject or delete these technologies; however, disabling them may limit certain features.

7. ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection)

• Data subject’s name and a means to communicate the response.
• Documents proving identity (or legal representation).
• A clear description of the personal data and the right you wish to exercise.
• The specific right requested and, if applicable, supporting elements.

We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days and, if applicable, we will implement it within the following 15 business days.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We will retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data or account using the channel in section 7 (ARCO) or through support.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy due to legal, internal or operational changes. We will publish the updated version indicating the last update date. Continued use of the Application after changes implies acceptance.
